Background
Wordpump had previously worked with Sat Insure on a website redesign (www.satinsure.com) when we were tasked with the objective of driving leads from online activity. Sat Insure had previous work with another online marketing agency had yielded little success in this saturated market.

Approach
From day one it was clear Sat Insure required a unique approach to match their specialist offering. As a result the Wordpump team took time to engage with the Senior staff members and actually worked on site at the Sat Insure offices to get an intrinsic understanding of business operations.
It quickly became apparently that one of the USPs for Sat Insure is the UK based team of experts who are at the end of a freephone number. As well as a traditional PPC campaign, a ‘click-to-call’ paid search campaign was set up to drive calls directly to the Freephone number.
